Shipping policy

How long before I can receive my order?

Processing time is 2 - 3 days. After processing, your order will be shipped. Delivery time within the United States is approximately 2-6 business days, depending on service selected.  Once the order is shipped, we are not responsible for any damaged or lost packages.

To prevent product from melting too much, we ship the product in thermal packaging. Orders are sent out Monday thru Wednesday to prevent product from sitting in the post office over the weekend.

Do you ship internationally?

As of now, we do not ship internationally.

What carrier do you use?

We use USPS 

Where can I find my tracking information?

When your order ships, the tracking number will be sent to the contact information you provided, when you placed your order.

If your order says delivered but your package has not arrived, contact your local post office with your tracking information to obtain the time and place the package was delivered.  You may also request a GPS location.

How much is shipping and handling?

USPS is $6.50/Priority Mail is $8.50
