Refund policy

ALL SALES MADE ARE FINAL. ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN MADE, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We are not responsible for packages damaged at the shipping facility/during shipping.

We only ship replacements for incorrect orders and spilled product, due to seller error, pics provided as proof. All costs will be covered by us.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange products simply because a customer does not like the scent. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on any product due to the nature of our products being handmade.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
